Hygge is all about a feeling of contentment and the Danish ideal finds ultimate expression in the fully upholstered version of Hyg. Designer Simon Legald aims to “create a room within the room” and cladding his chair in fine fabric or leather takes the notion one luxurious step further. The embracing contours and generous proportions provide comfort and a sense of security, with ample room to cozy up and higher sides that help keep the world at bay.
